On 22 January, Montajes Delsaz celebrated the first stone placement ceremony of the new 6,000m2 facilities in the Valdelacasa Business Park (Alcobendas).
With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, the company has a remarkable national and international portfolio in the construction of clean rooms and controlled environment areas for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries.
Its Madrid facilities are currently located in the pharmaceutical hub Net-Pharma; a business centre of companies serving the pharmaceutical industry located in Alcobendas and Paracuellos de Jarama.
This new project will allow offices, workshops and warehouses to be housed in the same building, which has been designed with the intention of fusing the most avant-garde ideas with a more traditional style.
The new production centre will be equipped to allow companies to go one step further in the construction of portable modular facilities in containers for use anywhere in the world: data processing centres, containment laboratories and hospital facilities
The event was attended by the president of Montajes Delsaz, Don Cristóbal Molleja, as well as collaborators, workers and friends. Don Ignacio García de Vinuesa, Mayor of Alcobendas and Don Pablo Altozano, President of the Urban Consortium of Valdelacasa were also among the attendees.
Both highlighted the positive impact that this project will have on the city of Alcobendas and wanted to thank Montajes Delsaz for the trust placed in the municipality to continue seeing it grow as a company.
